After completing Cycle 1, Dr. Mike recommends that you move immediately to Cycle 2. You’ll find even more food choices, new recipes and more!
After you’ve completed Cycle 1, if you have more weight to lose, you can either start Cycle 2 immediately, or do the Transitional Fast today, and start Cycle 2 tomorrow.
If you’ve already reached your goals, you can move straight into Cycle 4!
